A. Refund and Return Policies
At Roseberry Creek Designs our goal is to THRILL you with the best possible designs and products and to WOW you with our personal service and neighborly responses to your questions, suggestions and concerns.
Please ask any questions you may have about delivery times, shipping cost, design, etc., prior to placing your order. Remember, our owner is an attorney, so please put up with the following “fine print”!
All of our products are Custom Orders (i.e.: hand-painted, hand made, hand sewn or customized items). Because the artist has prepared the item to your specifications, after you have ordered it, all sales are final and there can be no returns unless the mistake is ours. Please be sure to ask all questions of the artist prior to the purchase.
B. Shipping Information
We ship via United States Post Office (USPS). The following rates will apply for all merchandise purchased according to the price of the entire order:
Order from 1.00 to 16.99 freight = $3.00
Order from 17.00 to 35.99 freight = $5.00
Order from 36.00 to 79.99 freight = $11.00
Order from 80.00 to 100.99 freight = $17.00
Order from 101.00 to 129.99 freight = $20.00
Order from 130.00 to 299.99 freight = $25.00
Order from 300.00 to 499.99 freight = $35.00
Order from 500.00 up freight = $55.00
All items are hand-crafted, just for you as you order them. Please check individual items for delivery schedule. If you are concerned about the time-frame or need an item rushed, please contact us prior to ordering and we will make every possible effort to accommodate you. There will probably be an additional charge for a rush delivery determined by the artist/designer.
C. Tax information
No sales tax applies for items shipped outside the state of South Carolina. All items shipped within the state of South Carolina are subject to 5% sales tax.
